Service guarantee conditions

We offer a voluntary warranty of up to 6 months for bed bug control treatments carried out by our company. Our goal is to gain your trust by providing a reliable and honest service. The duration and the conditions of the warranty are agreed individually with each customer.

Within the agreed warranty period, we provide one additional localized spray treatment at no extra cost.

Note: The warranty is granted only if the individual instructions provided by the technician at the service location are followed. The most important recommendation is to seal possible entry points through which the pests may enter the property. The warranty applies to treatments performed using the Cryonite freezing method and the IPM (Integrated Pest Management) approach.
